Newsletter 019

✨ Happy 3-2-1 treats day!✨

Good day everyone,

It is spooky season and time for another round of our newsletter. 👻🎃

Lots of scary things are happening around this time of the year, from a radio broadcasts in 1938 about an alien invasion or the first crash of the ARPANET in 1980 caused by a real Imp (Interface Message Processor).

Similar haunting is AI for a lot of folks, the way it is often times portrayed in movies, like HAL 9000 and Skynet is chilling at best.

AI is here to stay though and we need to learn how and where to use it and what new challenges are ahead of us.

Please enjoy the 3 things for learners, 2 things for doers, and 1 question for thinkers all about the topic of AI. No matter if you are a learner, a doer, a thinker, two or all of them, I hope you’ll find something to enjoy.

P.S.: Do you love to challenge yourself a bit? Here is a small gift for you! 🎁

This time it is not a coding challenge directly. Try to install a local LLM and use it to help you with day to day tasks. Keep in mind though that even when the LLM is local some data you input might still be shared.

Here one guide on how to use a local LLM to assist with coding:
